We answered these questions as we worked through the order. From the first enquiry to sample approval and the bulk order, the process took a little over 20 days.
While the PET cups were in production, the customer shared another list: non-woven bags, baseball caps, and T-shirts. They wanted small quantities of items that would give the bakery a consistent look. We identified suitable options and prepared quotations. These additional products are still under discussion.
