A Custom Four-Tier Cupcake Stand Designed for a US Tearoom
See how we created a four-tier food-grade cardboard stand for a US tearoom, helping the customer display more desserts while saving valuable table space.
A Space-Saving Display Solution for a Tearoom
A customer who operates a tearoom in the United States previously purchased custom paper bags and cake boxes from us. As many guests visit her tearoom to enjoy tea, cakes and other refreshments, she wanted a practical way to display more food for customers without taking up too much table space.
After discussing how the display would be used, we suggested a custom four-tier cardboard cupcake stand.
Display More Food Using Less Table Space
The stand uses a tiered design, with each level becoming smaller toward the top. This structure creates an attractive presentation while making full use of vertical space.
Cupcakes, pastries, cookies and other small treats can be arranged across four separate levels, allowing guests to see and pick up the food easily. Compared with placing several plates across a table, the stand provides more display capacity while occupying a smaller area.
Food-Contact Material and Easy Assembly
The cupcake stand was made using material suitable for food-contact applications. Its slot-in structure makes it simple to assemble without complicated tools, and it can also be taken apart after use for easier storage.

A Decorative Cover Matching the Tearoom Theme
The customer also asked us to design a paper cover for the stand. We printed the outside with decorative patterns that matched the style and atmosphere of her tearoom.
The finished cover made the display look more coordinated and helped turn a practical food stand into part of the tearoom’s overall presentation. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the completed products.
More Than One Packaging Product
Our cooperation did not stop with the cupcake stand. The customer later ordered custom magnetic bookmarks from us to give to her guests as small branded gifts.
Since the tearoom also sells tea bags and related products, we designed a fully foldable, lidless paper box for displaying and organizing its tea merchandise.
