We review your artwork and help confirm:

Each cup size and printed design must meet its own minimum order quantity. If you need several designs or other cup sizes, send us the quantity for each for confirmation.
Vector files such as AI, EPS or vector PDF are preferred. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can check whether it is suitable.
A digital mockup is prepared for your approval before production. It shows the proposed logo size and position; a physical sample is more useful for checking the actual material, print appearance and lid fit.

Production & Quality Checks
Before production, we confirm the cup model, lid style, quantities, print colours and final artwork with you.
Production follows the approved specifications. Quality checks cover cup condition, print appearance and the fit of the selected cup-and-lid combination. Pre-shipment photos or videos can be provided on request.

Production Time & International Delivery
Standard production usually takes approximately 10–12 days after final artwork approval and receipt of the required deposit. The schedule is confirmed for your order and may vary with quantity, printing requirements and production availability.
Production time does not include shipping time. If you need the cups for a shop opening, event or seasonal launch, please share your required arrival date when enquiring.
Shipping options depend on the order quantity, carton volume and destination. Send us your country and postal code for a quotation covering cups, selected lids and delivery.
Door-to-door delivery options can be checked for your destination. Your quotation will specify the delivery terms and whether duties and taxes are included. Carton quantities, dimensions and total shipping volume can also be provided.
